Booking Fee: To secure your wedding date a non-refundable booking fee of £100 will be required at the point of booking. This will then be deducted from the final amount.

 

Payment: I require trial payment by bank transfer having cleared 4 weeks prior to the trial. The remaining payment is due in the same format but 16 weeks prior to the wedding date. All payments must come from the person who confirms the booking (Please reference your name allowing me to confirm it is yours).

 

Mileage: A mileage fee of 50p per mile is charged if travel is over 10 miles (including if travel is required for your trial). For every hour travelled a surcharge of £10 will be applied.

 

Parking: Please let me know of any parking restrictions, these may be included within final payment.

 

Images : If you would not me to use any hair or makeup photos of yourself or anyone in your bridal party, please state this in writing.

 

Assistant : If you have a larger bridal party I may require an assistant to help. This is an additional cost of £100.

Booking Adjustments: I am happy to make any adjustments to the booking and will provide an amended quote, but should there be any members of the party who cancel less than 12 weeks prior to the wedding date the full amount may still be charged for. During peak season, bookings are accepted at a minimum of £400 (not including a trial or travel charges). If the booking adjustment reduces the booking to under £400 I reserve the right to withdraw from the booking.

 

Bank Holidays: UK Bank Holidays and any weddings booked between Christmas and New Year a holiday surcharge will be applied.

 

Public Liability: Bex Elizabeth has an up-to-date public liability insurance scheme to protect both clients and staff.

 

Allergies: It is the client’s responsibility to make me aware by email of any known allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions that they or their bridal party may have and, if so, I cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform myself of any known condition in writing. If on the rare occasion that any of the bridal party have any contagious skin infections, I reserve the right to refuse service.

In the unlikely event I cancel the booking myself due to sickness, injury or personal emergency I will endeavour to find an alternative hair and makeup artist. If I am unable to do so the client will receive a full refund less the trial cost.

 

You reserve the right to cancel your wedding hair and makeup at any point. Should you need to cancel please get in touch as soon as possible. If a full cancellation is made within 16 weeks of the wedding date 50% of the final balance will still be required due to loss. If cancellation is made within 12 weeks of the wedding date the full balance will still be required.
